Once an order is placed, it is sent to production within 2–5 business days.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production begins.

Most orders within the United States ship via USPS.
Time Is Laundry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
Verified issues will be replaced or refunded.
