Shipping policy
All Time Is Laundry products are made to order by our production partners. Each item is produced specifically for you and ships directly from our fulfillment facilities.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days.
During holidays or high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer.
Once production begins, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.
Shipping Times
Most orders within the United States ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority, depending on weight and location.
Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

United States: 5–10 business days

Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days

International shipping: Not currently offered
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal volume.
Multiple Shipments
Because items are made to order, products in the same order may ship separately.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item type, size, and destination.
Orders over $100 ship free within the United States.
Holiday Delivery Cutoff
For delivery by December 25th, we recommend placing orders by December 5th.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Time Is Laundry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If a package is lost in transit (never delivered), we will work with the carrier to confirm the issue and send a replacement.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
If your order contains multiple items, tracking may be sent in separate emails as each item ships.
