Refund policy


At Time Is Laundry, all products are made to order. Each item is printed or sewn specifically for you by our production partners, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will take care of it immediately.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a printing flaw, damage, or is not the item you ordered:

  • Email us at timeislaundry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will send a free replacement of the same item or issue a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Disliking the fit, feel, or color

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Digital gift cards

Returned items sent to our production partners will not be processed.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or changed within 1 hour of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations and changes are not possible.


Lost Packages

If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbors and your local post office

  • Time Is Laundry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery

If a package is lost in transit (never delivered), we will provide a replacement once the carrier confirms the loss.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
